Complaint management in accordance with the German Supply chain due diligence law

Complaints management is intended to enable business partners to report potential human rights and environmental violations confidentially and anonymously. This is anchored in point 17 of the Business Partner Code of Conduct. In addition, this whistleblower system is also accessible to all STAEDTLER SE employees throughout the Group.

Business Partner Code of Conduct

The Business Partner Code of Conduct consists of three parts. Part I is anchored in the international standard "ETI Base Code". The ETI Base Code is based on the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and is an internationally recognised code of good working practice. It is regarded as a global reference standard and is often used as a benchmark for conducting social audits and developing action plans for ethical trade. The provisions of the Base Code represent minimum and not maximum standards. Part II deals with all topics that are necessary to fulfil the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act. Part III deals with the relevant international standards and guidelines.
