Upcycling glass storage

Upcycling glass storage
30 min Easy

Grab a couple of empty pickle jars and design some creative storage.
Upcycling makes it fun to make something pretty that’s as good as new from objects that you would probably never use again. Let your creativity run free as you design and label your new old storage jars. Hand lettering is a great opportunity to design pretty labels and tags.

Now go over the outlines using the Lumocolor permanent duo (line width F).

Remove the templates from the glass and go over the lettering again with the Lumocolor permanent duo (line width B). If you like, add little decorations, e.g. a pasta shape or similar.

Now fill the glass with pasta or other ingredients from your kitchen. Screw the lid shut and cover it with a beeswax cloth.

Alternative design option: Create pretty labels using black paper and the super soft coloured pencil in white, and simply attach to the glass using sticky tape.
