STAEDTLER becomes a member of the UN Global Compact
By joining the United Nations initiative, STAEDTLER is stating its commitment to the goals and principles of the UN Global Compact. Together with the other member companies, STAEDTLER thereby assumes responsibility for driving the change towards a fairer and sustainable economy.

Therefore, the stationery and creative goods manufacturer is all the more pleased to be making a clear statement by becoming a member of the United Nations Global Compact: By committing to the UN Global Compact's ten universal principles, which include the protection of human rights, fair working conditions, environmental awareness and anti-corruption measures, the company is making a cross-sector and cross-border contribution to a fairer globalisation. STAEDTLER will document its efforts to implement the ten principles in its annual progress report.

The membership gives STAEDTLER access to a variety of learning and digital formats, which will enable the company to identify and address additional fields of action with regard to sustainability management. In addition, there is an opportunity for global and local networking, which will help the company remain future-proof and competitive.
The UN Global Compact brings together over 24,460 businesses and organisations from civil society, politics and science in more than 170 countries in national networks to make the vision of a more inclusive and sustainable economy a reality.
