Creepy Halloween Dinner - Menu cards

Halloween is the creepiest holiday of the year. Surprise your guests with a great spooky meal. To make your creepy party a success, why not design some menu cards to go with it? They’ll make great keepsakes for your guests to take home, and your party will stick in their memories for ever.

Trim some black sugar paper to 11 x 21 cm. Print out the template and shade over the reverse side with a soft pencil (4B).

Place the template on the black sugar paper and go over all the lines with a sharp pencil (HB). You will now be able to see the outlines on the black paper.

Take the silver Metallic Marker and draw a line at a distance of 9 mm around the edge. Go over all the letters and the twigs in silver, too.

Fill in the word CREEPY with the super soft coloured pencil in orange. The super soft is great for using on dark paper, and the colours really stand out. Shade the left side of letters of the word DINNER in a vibrant colour. Then colour the pumpkin orange, too.

Now use the white super soft coloured pencil to draw the cutlery. Draw a spider's web in the bottom right-hand corner. Now draw the body of your spider with the coloured pencil in white and then place an orange cross on its back.
