DIY bracelet in bright neon colours

This bracelet is the perfect way to create that springtime feeling.
Its bright neon colours are not only striking, they‘re also highly stylish. You can’t go wrong with these bracelets, whether you make them for yourself, as a gift or as a gesture of friendship.

Cut off half a portion of FIMO effect neon pink and shape it into a roll. Now cut it into 5 pieces, as evenly sized as possible.
Tip: Work in progress and left-over material should be protected against sun and heat and can be stored in a screw-top jar or in cling film to protect it from dust and dirt.

To make the lighter coloured balls, mix one and a half portions of FIMO metallic mother-of-pearl with half a portion of FIMO effect neon pink.

Shape into a sausage by twisting it on itself and knead again. Repeat this step for as long as it takes to achieve a uniform colour.

Divide each quarter into 5 pieces, as evenly sized as possible, so as to create 4 x 5, i.e. 20, beads by the time you have finished. This should be just the right amount for a bracelet.

Once again, shape the little pieces into balls using the bead roller. Next, pierce holes in these too, thread them on to the bead piercing needle and then hang over a cup.

Once they have hardened, leave all the beads to cool completely and then coat them with FIMO gloss varnish. Then leave to dry completely.

Now thread the beads onto the elastic cord. Each row should have about 20 beads. Knot the cord at the end, keeping it under slight tension.
