What you need
Additionally required:
Vase, Baking paper, optional: Superglue

Choose your favorite colours from the FIMO soft Basic Colours set and start with the first colour. To begin, roll the first FIMO block into a ball. Then roll a FIMO strand out of the ball with both hands.

Roll the strand with your hands until it is very thin. Make sure it becomes nice and even. A 2–3 mm strand diameter is suitable for this idea.

Now continue with the other colours and roll one strand each with the same diameter – the more colours you use, the more colourful the result will be.

Now you can start positioning the FIMO strings around it. Let your imagination run wild here. It looks particularly nice when some of the squiggles start at the bottom, while others start from the top.

Now place the finished vase in the preheated oven and harden the FIMO for 30 minutes at 110 degrees Celsius. Then your beautiful design is ready – all you need to do is add your favorite flowers.
Tip:
Depending on what the vase is made of it may help to fix the strings with superglue after curing. Individual dots of glue are enough to hold the FIMO in place.
