Step-by-step tutorial

First roll two portions of FIMO kids “blue” into a ball. Press flat with the palm of your hand to form a medal shape. Keep doing this until you have made all your medals. Three medals are needed for first place, second place and third place!

1 FIMO Block = 1 portion

Tip: Clean the work surface and your hands with a damp cloth before proceeding with a new FIMO colour in the next step.

Next up is the decoration! Roll a quarter portion of FIMO kids “glitter silver” into a thin string. Cut off a small piece of it and make as many as you like. Then press them lightly onto the medal.

Now roll out the remaining string thinly. Cut 16 tiny pieces with a modelling tool and roll them into balls.

Now use a modelling tool to cut a wide slit in the upper part of the medal. Now all the medals can harden in the oven for 30 minutes at 110°C. Get help from an adult. Once the medals are cold, thread a ribbon through the slot and the games can begin!
