Step-by-step tutorial

Roll 2 strips of FIMO soft mango caramel or the colour of your choice to form a sheet. Use a clay machine or the acrylic roller. The sheet should be about 3 mm thick.

Tip: From this point onwards, work directly on an ovenproof surface (baking paper or ovenproof tile). This means you don't have to pick up the earrings again later and their shape doesn't get distorted.

Use the cutter of your choice to shape the basic shapes of your jewellery. Remove any excess and gently smooth the edges with your fingers.

Cut a little FIMO soft black or any colour of your choice and roll a very thin strand.

Now shape a pattern of your choice on your cut-out motifs with the thinly rolled strand. Feel free to use the beading needle for the delicate lines.

Once you are satisfied with your motif, you can use the bead marker to add a few visual highlights. For example, draw thin or slightly thicker lines into some of your cut-out shapes.

Attach the chain stitch pin to the back of your jewellery piece.

Harden everything flat on baking paper in the oven at 110°C / 230° F top and bottom heat for 30 minutes. Then let your jewellery cool down well.

Now you can attach the ear hooks to the chain stitch pin. If you have made a pendant for a chain, for example, you can attach it to the designated strap or chain, etc.

Your new jewellery pieces are ready! Feel free to try different sizes, patterns and colours on your earrings, necklaces or pendants.
