Royal Christmas - Christmas gift tags
Lovely decoration for your Christmas presents
Christmas is just around the corner! Give your lovingly wrapped presents a glamorous look with some home-made FIMO gift tags. They can be customised with an individual message in cookie-stamp lettering. Whether you make them in powdery rose, dark petrol blue or royal violet, they’ll give your Christmas presents a stunning personal touch.
Place out one block of FIMO soft in antique rose on some baking paper and roll out into a sheet about 1 cm thick using the acrylic roller. The sheet should be big enough to fit your desired shapes.
Now place your desired letters into the stamp holder (CAUTION: make sure you place them back to front!) and press them into the FIMO sheet.
Now cut out your desired pattern, star or tag. Set aside the surplus FIMO (and roll it out again for the next tag).
Tip: Work in progress and left-over material should be protected against sun and heat and can be stored in a screw-top jar or in cling film to protect it from dust and dirt.
Then use the bead piercing needle to pierce a hole for the cord at the top of the tag.
Place the baking paper with all the FIMO tags on a baking sheet and harden in the oven for 30 minutes at 110° C / 230° F.
Once they’re cool, take a brush and fill in the letters with acrylic paint in gold to give your tags a glitzy and glamorous look. Leave to dry.
And you‘re done!
