This jewellery looks good in any colour. We’ve chosen the FIMO effect colours metallic gold, pearl light silver, pearl black and pearl rosé gold, but of course you can use whatever colours you like.

First of all, knead 3 portions of FIMO effect in each of the colours metallic gold, pearl light silver, pearl black and pearl rosé gold until soft and roll out into a 1-2 mm sheet using the acrylic roller or clay machine (setting 4).

If you want to give your jewellery a leather look, this is very easy to create using a texture sheet. To do this, wipe the FIMO texture sheet “leather” with a baby wipe or spray it with a little water, this will make it easier to remove the sheet from the FIMO later. Now place the texture sheet on the FIMO and roll over with the acrylic roller in one direction, applying even pressure, in order to imprint the pattern firmly onto the FIMO.

Now cut out circles from the FIMO sheet using round cutters. We’ve chosen cutters with a diameter of 1.5 cm for the earrings and 2.5 cm for the pendant. Pierce a hole at the top of the pendant using the bead piercing needle. Remove the rest, place the circles on baking paper and harden in the oven for 30 minutes at 110°C / 230°F.

Tip: Place the FIMO sheets on baking paper and cut out the circles directly on the paper. Then you won‘t need to touch the circles and they won’t warp before you harden them.

Once they have cooled, stick the ear studs to the back of the circles with Pattex Super Glue and leave to dry. Push the split ring through the pendant and attach it to the chain. And your DIY jewellery is done! Have fun crafting your own!

Tip: Work in progress and left-over material should be protected against sun and heat and can be stored in a screw-top jar or in cling film to protect it from dust and dirt.
