The German broadcasting corporation ARD held its "ARD Children's Gala" on Sunday 1st June.
This year's motto was "children first".

More than 600.000 visitors were attracted to the event at the former EXPO exhibition grounds in Hanover.

What's more, the gala, featuring Germany's most famous and favourite children's characters, was broadcast live on TV.  

STAEDTLER presented its award-winning ergosoft and triplus concepts - ergonomic, triangular-shaped products for fatigue-free writing and drawing - over an area of 400 sqm.

A large number of samples of the new soft-surfaced STAEDTLER ergosoft blacklead and coloured pencils was distributed by the promotion team.

The STAEDTLER advertising had already been in position for the "EXPO Revival Party 2003", considered by many to be the ultimate party.

This threeday event was host to some of the most famous stars from today's German pop music scene such as Sarah Connor, Scooter and Nena.
